Generated Content

You retain ownership of sprites and content generated using our Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Credits and Billing

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are consumed when you generate sprites
• Free credits are provided at registration and may be subject to terms and conditions
• Paid credits are non-refundable unless required by law
• Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and consumption rates with reasonable notice

Disclaimer

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpriteGenerator excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our Service and the use of this Service.
